Honestly, we tend to expect a bit of a slow down over the late December/New Years holidays.  I'm happy to say it never happened!  Buyers were out looking at homes the day after Christmas and it hasn't let up yet!  As I write this, we are digging out from the Feb 5th storm that left about 10 inches of snow on the ground throughout the region.  We are expecting another storm on Sunday.  What am I doing today?  Trying to squeeze in as many buyer appointments as I can for Saturday!  Spring market is off to another head start this year!
