  • I became a licensed realtor in 1997 after moving to Katonah. 
  •  My father was a builder and my brother is in commercial construction.  I grew up surrounded by talks of housing and developments at the dinner table.  This made real estate a "natural" choice for me.
  • My background is in finance, budgeting and strategic planning.  I held several high level positions in management during a 15 year carreer in banking, finance and higher education.
  • I was born in Italy and raised in New York City.  I am a graduate of Barnard College and NYU, where I received an MBA degree in finance.
  • I am the proud mother of two sons, who are twins.  They are both in College and attended Katonah-Lewisboro schools.
  • I moved thirteen times and bought and sold properties in New Mexio, Chicago, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
  • I think it's important for realtors to have life experiences, so that they empathize with the needs of their clients.
  • Being a realtor requires a very diverse set of skills.
  • The most important quality is the ability to remain flexible.  A good listener will always be able to guide their client to a goal.
  • Another important quality is humility:  there is always more to learn.
  • A realtor must also be highly proficient with technology and social media.
  • A realtor is no longer the keeper of information but, rather, an "interpretor", with an excellent set of negotiating and organization skills.
