In 2012, Diane was ranked as the #1 agent on Long Island & Queens, achieving the highly coveted Society of Excellence award, received by less than 1% of agents worldwide.

Diane Polland has distinguished herself as a top real estate professional in Great Neck, Kings Point, Sands Point, Roslyn, Garden City and across the beautiful Gold Coast of Long Island. Throughout her storied 25+ year career, Diane has maintained a strong commitment to the needs of her clients and customers.

Through a cutting-edge marketing approach, Diane utilizes her intellect, experience and property-specific marketing plans to achieve a successful outcome. In recent years, Diane has impressively sold nearly $150 million in real estate. She achieved the company’s top sale in both 2011 and 2012, the latter sale being the renowned Kings Point Estate listed at $39.5 million. Her successful sale of the Kings Point Estate also ranked as one of the 2012 top significant sales for Coldwell Banker Previews International in the U.S.

Diane holds an MBA from Fordham University and Master’s degree in Psychology from NYU. In addition to her residential real estate license, she also holds a NY State Commercial Real Estate License.

Community Involvement

Diane has established her home and business on the Gold Coast with her husband and five children. She is deeply involved in her community and has chaired events for the Special Olympics, serves on the Board of Hadassah Hospital, and has collected funds and supplies for the Fistular and Afya Foundations. She has been a Certified Special Olympics Basketball Coach for teens and adults, raises fund for Diabetes Research Institute, and  the “Gift Of Life”. Diane is also a member of the Rotary Club and local PTA.

Communities I Serve

“Having grown up in this area, I know all the neighborhoods, and have probably walked or rode my bike on every street in Great Neck Village, Russell Gardens; University Gardens; Lake Success; Kings Point; Thomaston; Saddle Rock; North Hills; Baker Hill; and Strathmore. I also serve clients in Manhattan, on Long Island’s North Shore, and all through Queens.
