I promise to give solid advice and stellar service to my clients, as buying or selling Real Estate is one of the most important decisions a person makes in their lifetime. Bringing 36 years experience to the table with an emphasis on having excellent property valuation and negotiating skills, I strive to be a valuable asset to my clients as they make these decisions and bring them to successful closing.

Education and Training

My background is in Accounting and Business Administration. I take ongoing Continuing Education classes regarding Real Estate Law, Code of Ethics and Fair Housing.

Awards and Designations

Top Producing Broker/Associate, and an International Presidents Circle Award Winner with Coldwell Banker Realty. I have been awarded a designation from the Wall Street Journal Real Trends Best Agents in America for many consecutive years as being amongst the top Agents in the Nation in terms of transaction volume having sold approximately 2000 properties over my career.

Community Involvement

Lisa is interested in, assists and funds local animal rescue projects, and protection of wildlife. She is a member of the Buena Vista Association in West Hartford, the Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of a local Church here in West Hartford.

Personal Background

Born and raised in West Hartford with strong family ties in the area, I still currently reside in this lovely Town. When not busy listing and selling Real Estate, I enjoy swimming laps and have 2 very active little dogs who love to go hiking in the nearby trails and reservoirs.
