Two beliefs drive my philosophy; performing preliminary "due diligence" and always maintaining an overview. A critical part of the sale of any property is perfoming preliminary "due diligence". I enjoy putting together competitive marketing analysis numbers, researching complex issues, and discussing the market with the appraisers who frequent my office.
Maintaining an impartial overview when working with buyers helps me balance their needs, wants and desires. Listening carefully, preparing comprehensive research and making my time available, allows my clients to balance their practical requirements with the emotional appeal of a property to find the right fit.

Personal Background
A native New Yorker, restarted her real estate career in Greenwich, Connecticut in 1998. During the 1980's, she was a member of the Los Angeles Board of Realtors. Upon her arrival in Greenwich in 1989, in addition to raising her family, she concentrated on activities for church, school and community. Currently, involved in parent support and fundraising campaigns for the Brunswick School Sailing Team and recently Greenwich High Girl's Lacrosse Program and Hockey Team.
Margaret's paralegal education in real estate and contracts, her experience with relocating executives for Imcor, a Stamford company, and crisscrossing the country for her family, gives her a unique market perspective for both buyers and sellers.
