Business Philosophy
Being a realtor has given me the opportunity to provide a service that has definitive value and bring life long memories to many families. To me there is nothing more satisfying than being able to assist my clients and customers in making these life changes. All of my clients and customers, whether they're Selling or Buying a home can expect & receive *Great Service, *Professionalism and *Results! I can always be reached, cell phone, e-mail, office phone, because I value the importance of their goals and the decisions that are made.
Education and Training
A graduate of Bernard Baruch College in New York City, my major was marketing/retail. After graduating from Baruch my career began as an Assistant Buyer in Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue and as a Catalogue Control Buyer with "Jacques Peney", aka J.C.Penney :) As life went on my career took me in another direction, to that of sales in newspaper and magazines...The Journal News and Essence magazine respectively. After years of being in sales and marketing I made my decision to change to a career that truly has merit...real estate.
Awards and Designations
Real Estate laws and practices seem to change constantly. To keep on top of my business I take advantage of the many real estate courses that Coldwell Banker offers. Not only does this give me the knowledge and confidence I need in my business, it gives my clients and customers the added advantage of working with a Realtor who keeps up with the industry. My real estate designations are: GRI - Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, A.B.R. - an Accredited Buyer Representative and an e-PRO - trained in working on-line with clients and customers.
Areas of Expertise
My areas of expertise are working with Sellers, Empty Nesters, First Time Buyers and Internet Savvy Buyers.
Personal Background
My formative years were in North Carolina (a southern girl at heart) my parents relocated from North Carolina to the Bronx where I spent most of my young adult life. I am currently a resident of Westchester County, living in Ossining for more than 10 years. While working in real estate, somehow I find the time to travel, enjoy theatre & the movies when ever possible and throughly enjoy watching football during my favorite times of the year - fall & winter.
Communities I Serve
Because I had the opportunity to work in an outside sales position, I am quite familiar with many towns in Westchester and Putnam county. But most importantly I concentrate on Briarcliff Manor, Ossining, Pleasantville, White Plains, Cortlandt Manor, Peekskill, and surrounding areas.
