    Whether buying your new home or selling your current house it is a constant balancing act between emotion driven decisions and business driven decisions. Having bought and sold a number of propertied, moving my family along the way I understand both the excitement and the apprehension that all involved feel.  With my 27 years of Sales, Marketing, and Negotiations I understand how to make sure you get the value you are looking for. As a partner with you in the process I can empathize with your emotions while supporting the business analysis of this very significant investment. My varied experiences provides you with the following: History in the communities I serve; understanding of market based value anlaysis; negotations experience in well over $1B in contracts.

Personal Background
    The Connecticut Shoreline has been a part of my life from the very start. Born in Branford, spending summers visiting vacationing relatives in Madison and high school years enjoying Hammonassett Beach , a shorline home was my goal. We first settled in Branford, then Guilford for several years and finally in Madison for the past 14 years.  My 27 years experience provides:
    • Long history in the area communities gives me a great knowledge base that can assist buyers new to the area. 
    • Understanding market based valuation - helping sellers position correctly in the market and buyers to get optimal value.
    • Marketing experience to help sellers take full advantage of new outlets for positioning properties.
    • Negotiation skills - over the years I have negotiated well over $1Billion in contracts.
