Background
Cal Kramer grew up in Levittown, Long Island, and moved his family to Westchester County in 1977. He was drawn to the area's famed quality of life, beautiful surroundings, open spaces, educational and recreational opportunities. For years Cal continued to commute to New York City, where he owned and managed a very successful commercial interior design firm. Cal and his wife, Carol, raised their daughter in the Katonah area, where they are actively involved in local civic causes and associations.

Music Interests
Cal grew up with a love of music and has remained musically active throughout his life. During the early stages of his music career, Cal performed with Billy Joel and other well known entertainers on Long Island. These days, Cal focuses his musical interests with many musicians in Northern Westchester. Cal and his band play at many fundraisers for worthy causes, such as the recent Cancer Fundraiser at the Whippoorwill Country Club.

Tennis
For sixteen years, Cal was an instructor at the Chestnut Ridge Racquet Club in Mount Kisco, New York. As a professionally ranked tennis player with the United States Professional Tennis Registry, Cal reached as high as 20th in the Eastern Tennis Association in Doubles. He now coaches the Varsity Tennis Team at John Jay High School in Katonah.
