My goal is to raise the bar and set a new standard for customer service. I answer the phone when you call me, not an assistant. I usually answer the phone by the second ring, if not I return all calls promptly, not the end of the day. The same applies to e-mail. You have access to my team of professionals that I have carefully assembled to help make your transaction flow smoothly. I believe constant communication is what the client deserves and I am available 24/7 by phone or e-mail.  I understand my clients want to be informed in a timely manner, that is why I am committed to delivering their information to them as I get it.  I'll even call you to let you know we are still waiting for an answer.  I know an uninformed client is an unhappy client.  Ask me for my long list of references.
