Wilton, $4,000,000 - Middlebrook Lane. I brought the buyer to this newly constructed residence. This was the highest sale in the town since 2005.
Westport, $1,987,500 - Minuteman Hill. I listed this lovely custom home near Westport’s Compo Beach so they could move out West to be near family.
Fairfield, $435,000 - South Pine Creek. I assisted the buyers who were getting married, in securing their first home.
Weston, $369,000 - Blueberry Hill. I listed this 1955 ranch whose owner was in residence for over 30 years. Assisted in all aspects of repair, painting, and landscaping to prepare for market and sold the first day for full price.
Norwalk, $710,000 - Cloverly Circle. This vintage home was perfect for my buyer. Coordinated meetings with contractors to assure the necessary expansion was possible.
Westport, $599,900 - I sold this townhouse to these sellers 3 years ago. They decided to move to a single family residence, so we listed and sold this. I also found and sold them their new home.
Westport, $10,000 - Danbury Avenue. I represent this home owner yearly to rent her home each summer.
