 I have been a Realtor specializing in Milford, Orange, Woodbridge, Bethany and Westville, Connecticut homes since 1995.   In order to better service my clients, I feel it is important to constantly expand and improve my skill set to more effectively serve you - my client.

Marketing Skills:  Since 90% of buyers start their search on the Internet, the ePRO designation enabled me to develop the skills necessary to be a more powerful presence on-line and to create effective advertising including video, virtual tours and website skills. You will receive timely commmunications no matter where you are or when it is. 

 Negotiation Skills:  The CNE(Certified Negotiation Expert)  designation I earned in 2009 provides me with the interpersonal skills and techniques to be the strongest advocate for you.

Distressed Homes/Short Sales/REOS -  The CDPE designation is the most widely recognized and respected designation earned in the area of short sale/REO/foreclosures. The short sale process is not a easy one but I have taken the time to learn the skills and be part of a supportive professional community will ensure your home or offer reaches the right hands.

Personal Background
I have been a Milford resident since 1988 and whenever possible, you will find me walking along the beach.
I began a career in Materials Management in 1978 working with mainly start-up companies which allowed me to "think outside the box" to resolve problems, streamline processes and reduce costs in innovative ways. I had to mesh many different personalities to form cohesive partnerships within the company to ensure products went from cradle to grave efficiently. 
This talent has been a big factor in my success in my career in  Real Estate  which I began in 1995 when my youngest son entered full time school. My marketing and problem solving skills have helped me develop into a well-seasoned Realtor with marketing skills that will put your home in front of the competition!
