Business Philosophy

I have been in Real Estate for 25 years as a full time agent, with many years as a top producer. Why is that important? Real Estate is an experience based business. We learn from our experiences and pass on our acquired knowledge to help our buyers and sellers.

I graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Education. I often view my position as a realtor as that of a teacher. Having studied the procedures and processes necessary to complete a transaction, I am able to guide my clients to make the right decisions in order to be successful in their sale or purchase.

I am proud of the fact that I have developed over the years a recognition of Integrity in my business,  both from my clients and colleagues. My reputation for honesty, fairness and hard work has helped me to develop a large client base of previous customers who return to me for all their real estate needs. They continue to refer their friends and family to me whenever they need a good realtor.

I carefully chose a company which also had a reputation of integrity, as well as cutting edge technology and a world-wide marketing influence which I could pass on to my clients. That is the primary reason I have stayed with Coldwell Banker for 20 years. I can honestly state to my clients, many of whom I now consider friends, that this is the best company for their real esate needs.

I am thankful for my success, and that I have been able to fuse my philosophy of life with my work ethic. My reputation has been built upon the simple concept of taking care of others as I would like to be taken care of. I am committed to be fair and honest in all my dealings, to put my clients interests as my own, and to give 100% of my time and energy to the task at hand.
