Tom has 35 years experience in Real Estate, Construction and Land Development prior to joining Coldwell Banker. He earned the top award at his former company and ranked in the top 4% of their agents nationwide.
Tom has been ranked in the top 100 of the WPMLS many times for listings and listings sold. He has been among the leaders in listing and selling Vacant Land over the last 15 years.
While attending a ten-week program given by the FLOYD WICKMAN GROUP, he was the only agent out of 70 agents competing who achieved the goal of at least one listing a week during the ten week period. For that he received the ON TRACK AWARD, he also received TOP PRODUCER, TOP LISTER and TOP OVERALL PRODUCER AWARDS for the FLOYD WICKMAN COURSE.

After the death of my husband, my daughter and I started working with Tom Santore to find a new home. We were not sure as to what we wanted, could manage or afford. Tom listened to our concerns and needs. He worked with us to calculate what we could afford and discussed with us what type of housing worked best for our needs.

As we both worked, Tom saw us nights and weekends setting up appointments that were convenient for us to view the available homes. When we found a home that fit our needs, Tom worked with us to negotiate a purchase price we could afford.

Community Involvement

I am on the Board of Directors of Physicians Against World Hunger (PAWH)

PAWH is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization which raises funds to support throughout the world. Because there is no paid staff and all the work of PAWH is done on a voluntary basis, virtually all the money raised by the organization is donated to the hunger projects. This year we donated funds to the WESTCHESTER COALITION FOR THE HUNGRY AND HOMELESS (see attached letter). Since the organization was founded, PAWH has supported hunger projects in El Salvador, Bolivia, Ghana, Eritrea, Haiti, Bangladesh, Kenya and Appalachia.

I am also involved with "Friends of Karen"--Friends of Karen is dedicated to providing emotional, financial and advocacy support to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. They have served children throughout the New York Metropolitan are for more than 25 Years. Friends of Karen serves children from birth to twenty-one who are diagnosed with any life-threatening illness and living in the New York Metropolitan area, including all of New York City (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens), Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk), Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Sullivan, Orange and Ulster Counties, northern New Jersey (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Union) and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Friend of Karen offers its services regardless of race, color, creed, sex or handicap in compliance with all applicable federal, State and local laws.

Personal Background

I have been married to my wife, Theresa, for 32.5 years. Theresa has worked at Amscan Inc. located in Elmsford for the past 13 years as a Sales Liaison to National Accounts. We have three daughters. Sabrina is a graduate of Fordham University, she works for Cornell University Hospital. Sarina is a graduate of Tampa University with a degree in Marine Biology and Chemistry and now works for the Westchester County Board of Health and still owns her own home in Valrico, FL. My youngest, Salina just Graduated from Saint Rose Magna Cum Laude and is continuing her studies in psychology at Marywood University Hospital..
