Business Philosophy
The Realtor designation has special meaning to me as I work to provide a level of service that embraces the philosophy that a limited client base allows for exemplary service. I have been fortunate to be able to position myself to work with a limited client base who want a Realtor who understands that quality is more important than quantity. Clients whose time is valuable and demand a high quality of service and commitment. Limiting my client base allows me to provide that quality of service with distinction and a sense of personalized professionalism. Education and Training
I hold three professional degrees in education including a B.S, Master's and an advanced degree in Administration and Supervision. I earned the Realtor's designation and license and have continuing and ongoing training in related real estate programs and practices. I have recently been certified as a HomeBase InTouch participant. HomeBase InTouch is new technology that enhances the response time to customer queries.

Personal Background
I chose real estate as a second career after retiring from 31 years in the education field, the last 21 years as a middle school principal. My ability to work with people, resolve issues, work creatively, and provide exemplary service are ingrained in a professional demeanor that bridges from education to real estate. My goal is to use the experiences afforded me to reduce the consumer's level of concern and stress when buying or selling real estate. Education and Real Estate are both service providing professions. Both require an understanding of people,product, and expected outcome from the service being provided. I have been fortunate to capture the best of both and want to share my knowledge and expertise with the real estate consumer.
