Personal Background
Nancy Joy’s family has been in the Real-estate business for over 40 years. As a child she helped her family in their Real Estate business learning how to work well with other Realtors, home owners and buyers. This helps her to understand both the importance and the strain of residential Real Estate. From 1979-1993 she was Vice-President of the Research Division for ACB with 7 offices and over 300 people reporting to her. She also served on the Exective Commitee of that company. She was responsible for acquiring business and also for presenting analysis and information to such companies as Mattel, Toyota, Richardson Vicks, Clorox, Del Monte and many of the major Advertising agencies. In 1993 she turned her attention full time to Real Estate and has been successful from the start by applying the same work ethic and dedication, as well as a thorough committment to the importance of technology to her clients as she had in business. Nancy Joy’s philosophy includes her belief that you don’t just locate a house, you find your clients a home. When she lists a home she is always conscious of the homeowners motivations and sentiments.

Married for over 27 years, her children have gone through the wonderful Pubic School systems here thus, Nancy Joy’s knowledge of the sports, theatre, music, arts and other recreation in the area is extensive.

Nancy Joy grew up in this area. She lived in Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee and California, before returning to Fairfield County. Once having moved back to Connecticut in 1985, Nancy Joy lived in Weston, Westport and Fairfield, so has firsthand knowledge of all 3 of these towns, as well as in depth knowledge of the city of Norwalk and the town of Easton.
