As a master marketer my areas of expertise include new construction, condos,condo conversions, single and multi-family homes, including Brownstones and row houses. I work to find buyers for my sellers and sellers for my buyers. I have knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate sales and marketing including leasing residential properties.

Community Involvement

Member, Hoboken Chamber of Commerce and Officer of Schoolhouse Condo Association. I have served on numerous committees of the Board of REALTORS. I have also been an active fund raiser for Gilda's Club. Volunteer work for the Empire Pride Agenda, the HRC of greater NY/NJ. Member of Garden State Equality and Lambda Legal.                                                                           

Personal Background
Born in Brooklyn, I was raised in the suburbs of New York City. I've owned and managed several multi-family dwellings and mixed use commercial properties.  I was associated with several Real Estate firms, ultimately choosing Coldwell Banker, the best firm in 1998, and the Hoboken office, for the past 8 years, setting production records. with $55+ million in sales volume in 2005-2009, and 14+ years of experience and knowledge.

Communities I Serve
Serving all of Hudson County's Gold Coast, including the communities of Hoboken, Jersey City, Weehawken, Union City, West New York, North Bergen, Edgewater, Rutherford, Bayonne, & Secaucus. I also serve Southern and Eastern Bergen Counties.
