Biography
As a Licensed Associate Broker I have been a top performing agent for over fifteen years.  My attention to peoples’ emotions, my enthusiasm, my knowledge and – most importantly – my personal integrity have allowed me to help people buy or sell residential real estate successfully. I LOVE WHAT I DO!

With each showing I learn more about your preferences, while expanding your knowledge of the market so that you can make a more informed choice. I work hard to make sure my buyers see the prime listings first.

Sellers should place a high value on a realtor’s visibility, reputation and knowledge of the market. Residential real estate is not a science. Long Island’s North Shore, Great Neck especially is an eclectic community: homes vary drastically in price. I have learned how to how to assess a property’s value. I have become a skilled negotiator – I am patient and can be firm without being adversarial. My goal is to help you secure the maximum price and expedite the sale.
