As Manager of the Montville Office, my primary goal is to ensure that all of our sales associates work together as a team to provide superior service to our customers. Our professional sales associates work to ensure our customers that all phases of the real estate transaction are a smooth and enjoyable process. My personal business goal employs coaching, training and business development action workshops to help associates grow and take their careers to the next level. I enjoy assisting our exceptional Sales Associates by working together as a team, and in a positive, professional and honest way.

Community Involvement
The Montville Office participates in various local activities, including Montville Township's annual  4th of July  Festival, as well as the annual Parsippany Fall Festival. The office is also committed to participating in builds for Habitat For Humanity and raising donations for CBRB Cares, which benefits such organizations at Habitat For Humanity, Gilda's Club and Morris County Family Services. The office has participated in Thanksgiving Day Food Baskets as well. In addition, each year the office sponsors a local Little League Baseball Team.

Sales professional since 1987. I have marketed and sold homes as a sales associate in Morris, Passaic and Bergen Counties.

Prior to managing the Montville office, I served as Assistant Manager in the Coldwell Banker Mahwah and Wyckoff Offices- October 2003 through April, 2005.
