What a tremendous privilege it has been to be part of this wonderful journey for more than 1,000 satisfied clients and friends who have put their trust and confidence in me during my close to 30 years as a full-time real estate agent. A potential client may wonder why so many years of experience should matter when choosing an agent. What do my years of experience mean to them? It means that I have spent years building my business and reputation on the skills and qualities that clients most often seek in an agent: honesty and integrity, knowledge of the transaction process, responsiveness, knowledge of the local and state real estate market, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to successfully negotiate on behalf of my client. It means that I specialize in not only getting deals to the starting line but more importantly getting them to the finish line, and that I have spent many years cultivating relationships with the types of professionals that my clients may need including but is not limited to: attorneys, home and town inspectors, appraisers, mortgage brokers, banks, home stagers, general contractors, handymen and estate sale services. Professionals who like myself, are committed to providing an experience that is as stress-free and smooth as possible. `

What I have learned in my many years of business should also matter to a potential client. I have learned that getting to know my client’s needs and how best to help them to achieve their goals is key to a successful transaction. I have learned that no two clients are alike. While some clients may have experience with the process, many more will be uncertain about the myriad of details and obligations involved in buying or selling a home and may need a bit more hand holding. I have learned that in order to stay relevant year-over-year in an ever-changing market, I must always be willing to evolve, innovate and adapt new strategies. My clients have inspired me to never stop learning and over the years, I have added several designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors. In addition, my years of experience and training have allowed me to obtain my real estate Brokers license, which further expands my ability to offer knowledge and customer service to my clients.

I am very proud of my career-long association with Coldwell Banker Realty and my partnership in the recently formed Opperchelli Realty Group which is quickly becoming recognized as one of Coldwell Banker’s top performing teams. Although my expertise lies in Somerset, Hunterdon & Morris counties, it in no way limits the scope of the areas I serve. My close to 30 years of experience along with the resources at my disposal and my extensive knowledge of today's market, allow me to meet the real estate needs of any buyer and/or seller across the state and beyond. My team offers services that allow us to list properties for sale or rent, provide buyer and tenant prospects with exceptional customer service and refer buyers and sellers to other areas nationally to agents we have developed long term relationships with. At the end of the day, the achievement that I am perhaps the most proud of is my ability to successfully close deals which, in fact, consistently rates above industry standards.
