Business Philosophy
Susan is a persistent and ethical professional. Her goal, when working with clients (or sellers) is to guide them through a successful transaction by diligently researching the market, assisting in deriving a price and devising a marketing plan that results in a seamless transaction. She values the importance of finding houses that her clients (buyers) will comfortably call home. Her pursuit of excellence makes her a truly reliable and professional Realtor.

Education and Training
In addition to real estate studies, Susan has had extensive training in the television industry and over ten years working in broadcasting with a major network including live studio work, editing, and remote broadcasting. This experience has been a valuable asset, resulting in a highly resourceful agent who can think on her feet and integrate the 'now' of the technological world into the world of real estate. She attended college at the University of Colorado. Susan has also studied oceanography at Woods Hole and worked on the Westward, a marine research vessel. She has years of experience in sailing all types of boats. A particular passion is one design sailboat racing and being part of highly competitive teams.

Areas of Expertise
Old Greenwich is her home! She knows it well. She especially loves the waterfront. As the mother of four children, Susan has first hand experience with the schools and community. The area remains the place of choice to raise her family.

Community Involvement
She participates actively in the school and extracurricular life of her four children. Susan is an avid sailor and is a member of the Old Greenwich Yacht Club. She supports the Ballet School of Stamford as a “ballet Mom,” where her younger daughter dances. She participates in the Greenwich Hockey Organization and the Greenwich Crew Team supporting the sports of both her sons and older daughter. She is also a member of the prestigious Bruce Museum in Greenwich.

Personal Background
One of eight children, Susan learned early in life the importance of being a team player. As a returning Old Greenwich native after years in wonderful Vermont, Susan brings back with her, her passion for the Greenwich area itself as well as fifteen years of entrepreneurial expertise, which encompass owning and operating a successful ski rental business, taxi business and shuttle bus business. She has designed and built two homes as well as a commercial, mixed usage property.
