Areas of Expertise

I love home pricing and negotiations, and my knowledge and analysis will protect you as a buyer from paying too much, and give you confidence as a seller that your home is priced correctly for the market. My years in corporate marketing help me to target potential buyers and provide the best presentation of your home. Because many of my clients have been through divorce or are in the midst of divorce, I recently became a Real Estate Divorce Specialist to better understand the issues of divorcing buyers and sellers. As an investor and landlord, I can certainly pass on my experience selecting investment properties and choosing good tenants. I have remodeled a number of properties, and know the costs and pitfalls of someone contemplating such a purchase.

Personal Background

I grew up in Western Massachusetts, spending some years in the Boston area and Pittsfield. After receiving my MBA in 1987, I went to work for the Real Estate department of Ames Department Stores, doing site analysis for new stores, as well as market research. I subsequently moved to Stamford, where I joined then Compucard (later Cendant), in their database marketing department. From there I moved into product management, online marketing, and membership service. I married in 1993, had two great kids (who are now in Wilton’s Middlebrook School), and moved to Wilton in 2004. Over my early child-rearing years, I’ve been a volunteer EMT, a writer, a fund-raising volunteer, a medical assistant, and finally a real estate investor and landlord. My other interests include refinishing furniture, reading, cooking, and of course, real estate!

Communities I Serve
I primarily handle Wilton, Westport, Norwalk and Stamford. If you are looking for a Coldwell Banker realtor in another area, I will be happy to refer you.
