Greetings and thank you for allowing me a moment to tell you a little more about myself, and the services I provide with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
After working in public relations, management and marketing for 11 years I chose a career in real estate with Sue Doyle Country Properties, LLC, recently acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
I have the great pleasure of being part of Litchfield’s leading brokerage. We have been #1 in sales for five out of the last six years. I have been a salesperson with the agency for three years now and I am currently pursuing a Broker's designation.

Litchfield Connecticut is nationally famous as one of the most beautiful residential communities in America and it is considered to be the finest surviving example of a typical late 18th century New England town. Spread out over 57 square miles, with a population of approximately 9,000, Litchfield is conveniently situated within two hours of New York City and Boston. The scenic town green boasts fabulous restaurants, great shopping and historical points of interest. The White Memorial Foundation is my favorite part of Litchfield. It maintains over four thousand acres of protected land with hiking trails, a winding river, and diverse wildlife. Welcome!
