As senior vice president, Laura Rittenberg is responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company’s 15 sales offices in Fairfield County. With nearly 30 years of experience in residential real estate, Rittenberg is a seasoned real estate professional who has a proven track record for building and running strong and successful real estate offices.
Over the course of her career, Rittenberg has worked as a sales associate, sales manager, franchise owner and corporate executive. She has owned and operated two independent real estate companies, a mortgage company and a real estate licensing school and managed sales offices for two national franchises.
In 2000, Rittenberg sold her Denver-based company to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado and joined the company’s executive team. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., Rittenberg served as senior vice president and general sales manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s operations in Long Island and Queens from 2004 to 2007. In that role, she was responsible for the sales operations of 19 offices and more than 1,200 sales associates.
