About Wayne LaFranco, Senior Vice President, Region 1

Wayne LaFranco was promoted to senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut & Westchester County, N.Y., in May 2011. Wayne is responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company’s 13 sales offices in Westchester County and Putnam County.

Wayne previously managed the White Plains office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where he was responsible for overseeing 55 sales professionals serving White Plains and the surrounding communities. He gained a reputation for motivating sales associates and getting results.

Throughout his real estate career, Wayne has gained expertise in relocation, luxury home marketing, new construction, foreclosures and all other types of residential real estate.

He holds a Master of Public Administration from Pace University and a Master of Science from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice at The City University of New York.

Active in several local charities and organizations, Wayne is especially proud of his support and involvement with Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
