Brendan B. Grady was appointed regional vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Connecticut East region in 2016. In this role, Grady is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s 18 offices located in communities throughout Greater Hartford, the Eastern Shoreline and New Haven County.

Grady has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and has held various leadership roles with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Prior to his current position, Grady was regional vice president overseeing the company’s nine offices throughout New Haven County for 10 years. Under his leadership, the region’s offices maintained the leading market position.

A third generation Realtor, Grady started his real estate career as a sales associate affiliated with a company in West Hartford, CT owned by his family. He later joined Dollar Dry Dock Real Estate, an independently owned company in the community and managed the company’s West Hartford office. The company was later acquired by The DeWolfe Cos.

Grady rose through the ranks at The DeWolfe Cos., eventually taking on the role of vice president of operations, directing operations for offices throughout Connecticut, southern and western Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The DeWolfe Cos. was acquired by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2002.

A graduate of Boston College, Grady holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics. He has served as a director of the National Association of Realtors®, the Connecticut Association of Realtors® and the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service, Inc.

Grady is an active supporter of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation, the charitable foundation of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y.

Grady and his wife, Peggy, reside in West Hartford with their three children.
