Brendan Grady, Senior Vice President, Region 4

Brendan Grady was appointed senior vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in December 2003. In September 2006, Grady assumed responsibility for the company’s New Haven County Region. In this role he oversees the operation of 9 offices and more than 300 sales associates. For the past three years, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has maintained the number one position as the market leader in New Haven County.
A third generation Realtor, Grady has more than 23 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previously, Grady served as vice president of operations for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and The DeWolfe Company. In that role he supervised operations for offices in a variety of areas including Southern and Western Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. From 1990 to 1995, Grady managed the West Hartford Connecticut sales office of Dollar Dry Dock Real Estate, which was later acquired by The DeWolfe Company. He started his real estate career as a Sales Associate for Stafford Associates, a company owned by his family in West Hartford, CT.
Grady is a graduate of Boston College with a BA degree in Economics. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors, the CT Association of Realtors, and the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service, Inc. He has played an active role in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation and is an enthusiastic supporter of many non-profit organizations including Life Haven, My Sisters’ Place, Katie Blair House, and Habitat for Humanity.
Brendan and his wife Peggy are the parents of three young children. They reside in West Hartford, CT.
