Joe Mamone, a 22-year veteran of the real estate industry, was appointed President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Long Island and Queens, New York in February 2007. He is responsible for overseeing more than 50 employees and 1,100 sales associates in 16 offices. With a passion for the real estate industry, Joe has established a successful record for being able to adjust to new marketplaces, people and positions.
Demonstrating effective self-starting and motivational skills, Mamone began his real estate career in 1985 with Schlott Realtors Jersey City office where he was one of the company's top sales associate for four years. His personal achievements include Rookie of the Year Honors in 1986 and various production awards. As Manager, the office received recognition for attaining the number one ranking. He officially joined Coldwell Banker in March 1991 when the national real estate company purchased Schlott Realtors.
Most recently, Mamone has served as Vice President of Business Development for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey-Rockland County, NY. In 1994, he was appointed Manager of Coldwell Bank Residential Brokerage office in Alpine-Closter, NJ. Prior to that, he served as Office Manager with Schlott Realtors in Jersey City, NJ.
Never shying away from new challenges, in March 2006, Mamone accepted a newly created position and delivered immediate value as the Vice President of Business Development in New Jersey-Rockland, NY. Utilizing his extensive experience, Joe emphasized management-level leadership, development training and assessment programs.
As Manager of the Coldwell Bank Residential Brokerage office in Alpine-Closter, NJ, from 1994 to 2006, Joe demonstrated his ability to identify and deliver company growth and development through acquisitions.
