John oversees the sales operations of 23 branch offices throughout Essex, Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Sussex and Union counties. He has enjoyed an illustrious career in real estate that began in 1987 and earned him the honor of Rookie of the Year. John quickly emerged as a top-performing sales associate, becoming the #1 agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Warren from 1990 through 1999. During his time as a sales associate, John consistently ranked among the company’s Top 100 agents in New Jersey and was a perennial recipient of the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®.
John was promoted to manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Flemington in 2000, where his skilled leadership was recognized with membership in the NRT President’s Council for Managers from 2002 through 2007, representing the Top 20% of Coldwell Banker managers nationwide. In 2011 he was given oversight of seven branch offices in Hunterdon, Somerset and Union counties as Regional Vice President. John was again promoted in 2012, this time as Regional Vice President for the company’s Central Region. In addition to his responsibilities managing all of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s offices and agents in central New Jersey, John is frequently invited to speak and share his expertise at company meetings and seminars.
Central Region offices include: Basking Ridge, Bedminster, Bernardsville, Caldwell, Chatham, Chester/Hackettstown, Clinton, Flemington, Livingston, Madison, Maplewood, Mendham, Montclair, Morris Plains/Parsippany, Morristown, Mountain Lakes, Short Hills, Sparta, Summit, Union, Warren/Watchung, Westfield East and Westfield West. |
