My goal is to always deliver a superior level of service and provide a positive and rewarding real estate experience to all of my clients. I believe a good real estate professional is: honest in her approach, informative in her guidance and untiring in her efforts. These are vital assets when helping clients with one of life's most important decisions. It is a great honor to build long term relationships with my satisfied customers who, in return, often refer me to their friends and family.

Professional Profile

My early experience in real estate began when my husband and I decided to rehab our first home as newlyweds. For us, this was a great way to build equity. Since then, I have over seen the design and completion of 14 personal home construction projects. I love every aspect of construction...from finding the right property, to envisioning the changes and working with the subcontractors. When I moved into residential sales 20 years ago, my years of experience and insight with construction now helped my many clients. Whether considering new construction, homes in need of remodeling or simply purchasing a home with the potential for an addition at a later date, I was always there to help.  Today, even other real estate professionals reach out to my for advice. I am always happy to share my knowledge. Over the years I have represented many of the local builders with their projects.

Home sellers also value my expertise when it is time to prepare their home for market. Working with my team, I oversee the preparedness and, if necessary, the staging your home. It is a proven fact that staging a home can be a significant factor in a home selling for more money in a shorter amount of time.
Whether working with buyers or sellers, I am empathetic to the seasons of life. Home buying or selling is differs for the needs of each client...be it the young professional, a growing family or empty nesters. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than to match my sellers with qualified buyers and my buyers with their ideal home. I have been rewarded with a large referral base and loyal clientele throughout Westfield and the surrounding towns.

Personal Background

My husband John and I have resided in Westfield, Cranford and Mountainside for over 35 years. We raised our son Matt in Westfield where he attended WHS and later graduated from Villanova University. Besides over 20 years in real estate, often working with builders and clients interested in new construction or rehabbing a home, my two passions are new construction and my art career. My construction experience includes over 15 projects completed with my husband. I am also an exhibiting and award winning fine artist working in the ancient medium of encaustic wax. I enjoy being actively involved in my community and currently on the Board of Directors for the Westfield Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of the Westfield Art Association, and a member of the Friends of the NJ Festival Orchestra. I have a summer home in Monmouth county and also help clients find homes near the beach!
