Business Philosophy

I began a second career in real estate because I've always been interested in historic and contemporary architecture and town planning. I have personally owned five properties and successfully sold two of them by myself, for a profit, prior to becoming a licensed Realtor. Since moving from a brownstone in Park Slope, Brooklyn, to my first home in Montclair, NJ, and getting my kids settled in schools, I have been building my real estate business and having great success in my transactions. I pride myself on working very hard for my clients whether they are buyers, sellers or renters. No matter how large or small the transaction, you will get my full attention. The important tools I bring to the table are my communication skills -- which includes a large dose of listening to my clients, my knowledge of the market -- where it's been and where it's heading, my familiarity with the local housing inventory, my understanding of the perception of value and how critical it is to price your home correctly to attract the most buyers, and finally, my negotiating abilities to get my clients the best possible deal.
