Lauren knows the local real estate market. She has lived all over town, from her first move just out of college with several roommates; to apartment living on the water with a young family; to today where she resides with her husband and two boys. Lauren knows the local community. She was the President of the local synagogue, United Synagogue of Hoboken. She has served on the Board of Directors for Hoboken Historical Museum. She an active in the community whether it be at the ball field, local schools, or community organizations. She has been a Realtor since 2008 and has helped hundreds of families buy and sell their home or investment property. As a pivotal member of the Jill Biggs Group, she has helped the group become one of the top teams in the United States. Lauren joined Coldwell Banker after spending over twenty years working in human resources. She knows about domestic and international relocations. As a human resources manager, she oversaw an expatriate program, where she assisted both expatriate clients coming to Metro NY and leaving for overseas assignments. Lauren herself participated in a corporate relocation program when she moved to Lawrenceville, New Jersey and then back to Hoboken. Lauren knows Hoboken and Jersey City. She loves the diversity of homes and people.
