Joyce Aparicio has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in different aspects of Real Estate including, mortgages, property management, flipping, and sales. As of 2011, she enjoys working at Coldwell Banker as a full-time Realtor and leads the Aparicio Team at Coldwell Banker Realty. Her work expertise includes servicing buyers, sellers, and landlords in residential and commercial real estate. Joyce is also a relocation specialist, as well as an investment property specialist. Her dedication to clients and strong work ethic has helped her become a top producing Realtor as of 2013. Having grown up in West Hartford, she enjoys participating and supporting several local organizations in her hometown and surrounding towns. She fulfills her passion to volunteer and give back to the community with the Junior League of Hartford and is very involved with the Parent Association at Renbrook School in West Hartford, where her 14 year old son attends school. During her free time, Joyce has fun practicing yoga and taking salsa lessons.
