Personal Background

Beginning my career in the sales industry at  a very young age has made me passionate about working with people.  My love for all types of architecture has also taken me into working in the design business as well.  Each home is unique in it's own! Styles to colors to making your personal memories.  Everyone has their own story and taste, which is one of the things that I love most about real estate. Combining my interior design expertise with real estate was the best career move I made for myself.  Taking these abilities to the next level of helping people buy or sell their home makes me stand out of the crowd.  

My clients' are educated and truly perceive the value in what they are purchasing or selling.  

Travelling the world, exercising my mind and body with swimming, yoga, dancing, and reading keep me alert and have a positive happy mind frame.  Learning, networking, shopping, and of course real estate will be activities that forever will keep me moving forward!

We had been very lucky to work with Jocelyn in search for our new home. There were several major constraints to start - walking distance to schools, bedroom size and count, installed appliances and obviously the budget (among several others). She did the initial screening online with us. Within less than an hour we ended up with a list of not just the potential candidates, but real ones where each and every one of them was a real candidate, ticking all the boxes. We were completely blown away by this. What she did in less than an hour, took us over a week at a different agency (though at a different area) more than a week ago. When there was some information missing or unclear, we weren`t told to wait till tomorrow. She just plain picked her phone, called the owner and figured it out right away. For all candidates and within less than an hour. Pretty remarkable feat. She proposed to use only her car when checking each house. That proved to be a brilliant idea, since she knows the area, thus we didn't waste any time with parking 2 cars, feeding the GPS and trying to meet at the same house (which apparently became a problem in a different agency). We spent less than half of a day (including home inspections), yet found the home that met all requirements. Compared to other agents, who only show you their own listings, she didn't hesitate to show us homes from other agents as well. That, unequivocally, proves she is totally committed to meeting customer`s needs. We simply cannot enough recommend Jocelyn.
