My first step is ALWAYS to develop a relationship. Is this your first time buying, or selling? What is your motivation for the move? What are you searching for; not just how many rooms, size, location, etc. More importantly, what is it that will make this the home you want. I have lived in Monmouth County for over 30 years. I am active in my community; as a former Board of Education Member, as an active member in my church, and other local organizations. I know the ins and outs of Howell, Jackson, Freehold, Wall, and many of the other local towns. I have helped both sellers and buyers in the 55+ developments of Ocean County.
