Education and Training

My interest in real estate started when I was in my 20's and reading the Sunday New York Times. Remember the days when print was still popular and real estate websites non-existent? My husband would read a blurb about a co-op or condo for sale and I would guess the price. It was a fun morning game that has now become my career. I have been a licensed real estate agent in Westchester since 2010. Prior to real estate I worked as a television producer for CBS News after graduating from Barnard College, Columbia University. The newsroom environment was a great segue into real estate because it is a business that demands excellent communication every step of the way. Solid news reporting is based on interviews, fact finding, and ultimately results in a beautifully finished product ready to air on your television. Real estate is similar. We need to communicate together as well as with the other professionals that become part of your larger story; the lawyers, the mortgage brokers, the cooperating agents. I have interviewed sports figures, CEOs of major companies and Wall Street insiders. This is what I love. Every question and detail is important. Let's produce your story together.

Community Involvement

I love Westchester! It is the place I call home. Historical landmarks, parks, farms, restaurants, and bike trails make the area an exciting place. Pleasantville is where my family and I reside. It is a small, walking village with great mom and pop shops and an old-fashioned feeling of community. It is a place that inspires involvement. I am a Girl Scout leader and a soccer coach as well as a PTA member in the local schools.
