Whether buying or selling a home, my clients are my number one priority. I work ethically and diligently to deliver real estate services that suit your individual needs. For sellers, I provide the research and experience it takes to suitably price and market your home. As a buyer’s agent I will do what it takes to help find the property that meets your specific requirements. I will coordinate offers, inspections, financing and closing needs to assure both my buyers and my sellers have a smooth transaction.

Areas of Expertise

I started in Real Estate in 2011 after having over 30 years in the telecommunications industry. In Early 2014, I joined Coldwell Banker’s Milford office. I have gained extensive customer service skills during my career servicing the public. I enjoy working with people and thrive on the challenges that can arise from day to day real estate sales. My corporate experience serves me and my clients every day. I am an experienced negotiator, project manager, and researcher. I find the challenges of an ever changing technology environment exciting .

One of the best things about the transition from telecommunications to real estate is the human touch. Helping a home buyer or seller accomplish their dreams for the next stage of their lives is truly fulfilling. People buy and sell homes at the highs and lows of their lives. As a Realtor, I am privileged to be a part of that experience.

Personal Background
I have lived on the Connecticut shoreline for my entire life. I currently live on the beach with my husband. We love to entertain, especially in the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful long island sound sunsets.
