Biography

I am a seasoned realtor in NJ and NY, with a background as a licensed NY attorney who has practiced criminal, personal injury, matrimonial, and bankruptcy law. I work with sellers, buyers, and investors in Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY. I was raised in NY, and have lived in Bergen County for 30 years. Pivoting into real estate was an experiment that became my passion and a full time career, and I have won top agent of the month awards numerous times in both my offices. I believe it's never too late to do something new, and I truly love creating happy endings for my sellers and new beginnings for my buyers. I have listed and sold homes that were owner occupied, vacant, and rented. I work with outstanding attorneys who personally stay in touch with their clients frequently.

I have listed and sold homes first time on the market, homes with expired listings that previous agents did not sell, homes sellers could not sell on their own, and work with Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes, that offers a multi faceted program with proven results to set sellers of new construction, single family, to multi unit projects,  up for success, drive traffic, and close the sales. I use the most extensive marketing plan for all my sellers to get them the top return on their investment, and have a menu of resources they may need from handymen, home organizers to sort and pack, cleanout services, exterminators, stagers, and various contractors to  companies who deal with oil tanks, mold, and more. 

I have helped many buyers get accepted offers in different markets, I explain the process, answer their questions, and I am there for them every step of the way, keeping them informed, focused, and on course to achieve their real estate goals.  I use cutting edge Coldwell Banker technology to analyze market trends by neighborhood, town, and county, and give them an expert analysis on pricing to position their offers for success, and can provide referrals for mortgage, and title, insurance providers, home inspectors, and more.
