Management Philosophy

The success of a manager and an office is dependent on the success of each sales associate. As a non-competing, experienced manager, it is  my goal to develope the talents of every associate through coaching, training, mentoring and personalized marketing support. I strive to provide a professional environment in which to thrive.

As a result of my 25+ years of management experience, I am in a unique position to and have the ability to help new agents to become productive quickly. I am able to show experienced agents how to make more money in less time to reach a new level of production with our tools, in-house coaching and training, technology and other support services.

Education and Training

Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. I began my real estate career in 1979 first as an agent, then as a broker/owner of an independent real estate firm and finally as a Coldwell Banker assistant manager and manager since 1989. I am proud of my record in developing new talent and enhancing the careers of experienced agents in the Croton and Briarcliff/Pleasantville offices.

Awards and Designations

As a Coldwell Banker manager, I have been recognized as being in the top 20% among more than 1000 NRT offices nationwide. National Realty Trust is the largest residential real estate company in the country. In addition, I have been among the top managers in the Westchester/Connecticut company during that same period.

Personal Background

I grew up in lower Westchester, but have lived in Northern Westchester for over 30 years. I serve on the Professional Standards Committee of the Westchester County Board of Realtors for many years, as well as their Rules Committee. I am active with the Swim Across America, a national organization which raises money for cancer research and support for families dealing with cancer.

Communities I Serve

My sales associates serve the communities in Northern Westchester. In addition, many of them have expertise in the greater Westchester area.
