Business Philosophy
I personally enjoy buying and selling homes and during the past ten years have completed major renovations and new construction projects on a variety of properties on the East and West Coast. My passion and knowledge of real estate is built upon a strong business background.
I have over ten years experience as a top producing sales and business development executive in the technology industry where I have represented F500 companies, midrange corporations and startups. These roles have enabled me to develop a strong set of skills in sales, negotiation, finance, communication, direct marketing, Internet marketing and customer service.
My business is focused on commerical and residential real estate. The commercial business is focused on retail, office, industrial and mutlifamily properties more than four units. My residential business consists of: single family homes, condo, co-op, multi-family and 1031 tax exchanges. I have also made cross-country relocations (twice) as well as the move from NYC to Westchester and can assist clients with these life changes from first-hand experience.
I am consistently ranked by Coldwell Banker every month as a top performing agent in the Westchester Region. In June 2010 for example, I was ranked as one of the top ten agents for most revenue generated.
