On A Personal Note ....
My first loves are my husband and family. Then comes real estate. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with thousands of individuals and families. Each person, each experience has added a fresh, new level of appreciation, understanding or compassion to my personal approach to sales. I am happy to say that many of my clients have become friends and/or repeat clients, refer their friends or family to me, and feel comfortable enough to call me for vendor referrals, suggestions on home improvements or “just to talk”. Real Estate is my career and my passion.

I was named as one of the Top 200 Agents in the United States in the Wall Street Journal for Closed Transactions in 2005. A lot of competition here and no easy award to obtain!
I was voted Sales Agent of the Year in 2001, 2002 and 2003 by the Connecticut Home Builder's Industry (HOBI). The HOBI award recognizes the top agents in the state who have contributed to the successful marketing and sales of new construction projects.
Projects I Have Managed ...
I have strong experience in new construction, project management, marketing and advertising. Some of my projects include:
ª 2005/2006 - Sales Manager - Briar Woods, an 80 unit community on Danbury’s very desirable westside.
ª 2004 - Sales Manager - Arlington Woods, a 99 unit condominium community on Danbury’s northeast side.
ª 2002 - Sales Manager - Kensington Woods, a 120 unit condominium community on Danbury’s west side.
ª 1997 - Sales Manager - Sterling Woods, a 358 unit luxury condominium community on Danbury’s east side, consisting of 308 townhomes and 50 single family homes.
ª 1996 - Sales Manager - The Enclave, a 32 unit condominium community located in downtown Danbury.
ª 1995 - Sales Manager – Apple Blossom, a 36 unit condominium complex located one-half mile from Candlewood Lake.
ª 1992 - Sales Manager – Barclay Commons, a 36 unit condominium community located one-half mile from Candlewood Lake.
These experiences have given me a wealth of relationships with many of the trades – painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians – all of whom I can call upon at any time to help my clients either prepare their homes for sale to enhance their property value, or put those finishing touches on a newly-closed property to make it “their own”.
Some of My Proudest Moments ...
Over the past ten years, I am happy to have made the acquaintance of a lovely lady named Sylvia who I met through the Volunteer Center of Danbury. I visit with her as often as I can and try to bring a smile to her face -- but she brings a smile to mine instead!
In 2005, I "adopted" a great guy named Joe who was about to graduate from Henry Abbott Technical High School. He is multi-talented,a wonderful human being and needed some help with college. I am proud to say I financed his education and he will be graduating from Western Connecticut State University this summer with honors.
Life has been good to me and I believe in giving back.
Personal Background
We moved to Danbury in 1986 and then to New Fairfield in 2001. We are proud owners of several properties in Danbury, one of which my parents reside in after moving here from White Plains, New York. Prior to real estate, I was a Systems Analyst with Nestle Foods in White Plains. This vocation was a great stepping stone to real estate, as I was involved in project management, time management, training and education.
As a successful realtor, I take pride in my people skills and abilities to use the latest technology to promote my listings and communicate with clients. These include electronic feedback, HomeBase InTouch services, creative slide show attachments to listing websites, ecards, Listingbook (through CMLS) -- just to name a few.
Communities I Serve
I can sell real estate anywhere in the State of Connecticut. But the towns I specialize in are: Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, Newtown, New Milford, Redding, Ridgefield and Southbury. If your move is outside of the State, I can also refer you to a local realtor in your new area to help you find that perfect home.
