On A Personal Note ....

My first loves are my husband and family. Then comes real estate. As a realtor in Connecticut for 20 years and with Coldwell Banker since 1996, I have worked with thousands of individuals and families. Each person, each experience has added a fresh new level of appreciation, understanding, or compassion to my personal approach to sales. I am happy to say that many of my clients have become friends and/or repeat clients, refer their friends and family to me and feel comfortable enough to call me for vendor referrals, suggestions on things like home improvements, or “just to talk”. Real Estate is my career and one of my true passions.

My experience on the projects has given me a wealth of relationships with many of the trades – painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians – all of whom I can call upon at any time to help my clients either prepare their homes for sale to enhance their property value, or put those finishing touches on a newly-closed property to make it “their own”.

In addition to my new construction experience, I have also worked on just as many private home sales in the area. My experience in residential real estate is well rounded in the northern Fairfield County area.

I am licensed to sell real estate anywhere in the state of Connecticut. The towns I specialize in are Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, New Fairfield, Newtown, New Milford, Redding, Ridgefield, and Southbury. If your move is outside the state, I can also refer you to a local realtor in your new area to help you find your perfect home.

Personal Background

We moved to Danbury in 1986 and then to New Fairfield in 2001. We are proud owners of several properties in Danbury. Prior to Real Estate, I was a Systems Analyst with Nestle foods in White Plains, NY where I was involved in project management, time management, training, and education. I was majoring in education but a job at IBM put me on the path to Systems Analyst and then to Real Estate. I take great pride in my people skills and abilities to use the latest technology to promote my listings and communicate with clients. These include electronic feedback on showings, HomeBase InTouch Services, creative slide shows for list web sites. Ecards, and Listingbook through CMLS just to name a few.

Other Interests

I prefer charitable activities where there is a personal connection and a feeling of really making a difference. I have worked with Volunteer Center of Danbury, I provided tuition to Western CT State University for a new friend of ours from Danbury in what became a very fulfilling experience. I have been involved with providing help in specific situations that have been very heartfelt and gratifying experiences. I hope to continue in these efforts. And I donate to DAWS and NFSAW as well. Life has been good to me and I enjoy giving back. I enjoy my exercise routine and try to stick to it.
