Personal Background
You can say Real Estate is my life having spent 27 years as a fulltime Realtor/real estate investor, renovator and consultant. It is what I love even in the most challenging times and markets.

After graduating with honors from Skidmore College I worked as a computer analyst for a large airline and then for a tax accountant. It didn't take long before I was bitten with the real estate "bug", buying my first home and an investment property by age 23.
The "bug" came from my family as I am a third generation Realtor…and the roots go even deeper. My work ethic came from growing up on a working farm, where my grandparents and parents worked exceptionally hard to create a good life for their children. They ultimately made their wealth in real estate and eventually got into the business. The first of three generations in the real estate industry was my grandmother. My mother, who was a teacher, finally was bitten by the "bug" and got her license. Together, she and my father owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage company, allowing them to be able to purchase, sell and develop many residential and commercial properties over the years. I am proud to say my father and grandfather were both in the military before farming, protecting and preserving our American rights and privileges.
Even early on I knew that I wanted my own real estate company so I bought a Century 21 Franchise before I was 30. It was there, and through the eyes of a business owner, I really started to see the value of property ownership and how it was a sacred privilege and part of the American Dream. I successfully met all of the challenges of a franchise owner even through the real estate downturn of the late 80's and decided in the mid 90's to sell the business (for a profit!) and relocate to the coast to pursue an even deeper passion…sailing

I associated myself with the best brand in real estate and the top company in Greenwich, CT; Coldwell Banker Global Luxury. I managed a branch for them for a few years and then realized I wanted to be back in the trenches with the customers. It is exciting, exhilarating, and sometimes exhausting, but it is what I do best…helping people find or sell houses…be it their first home, a domestic or international relocation, a downsize, an investment, or their 21st home…I love to be close to my clients to help them fulfill their real estate dreams.
My business comes mainly from networking and referrals. My success is generated from on going relationships with many satisfied customers. In 2005, I was fortunate to have my husband, Cory Parker, join me to create a team. With two of us working on your behalf we can provide a unique perspective, superb service and flexibility. A corporate businessman for over 30 years, he brings with him tremendous negotiations skills, long term local knowledge, bright wit, an interest in history and architecture, and a keen acumen of life experience renovating houses. He was born and raised in Greenwich where his family is very active in the town preserving land through the Land Trust and the town's legacy of horses through the Greenwich Riding and Trails Association. He is also an exceptional sailor and businessman, among other things.
We have a special interest in environmental protection and are advocates for green building. In fact, we just completed our first, "green" house project on the coast

We assist with all aspects of relocation from showing our clients the areas tremendous resources to introducing them to trades people for renovation/home repair (people that we have used over the years in our various projects). As consultants first and sales people second, we want all members of a family adjusted to their new environment. It is a pretty basic philosophy, happy children and happy spouses make for a much easier transition to a new area and new job/career.
Our objective is to assist our clients to find an area, then a house, then negotiate the deal and finally close the transaction with ease. Even though real estate can be very complicated…we try to make it look simple, due to our expertise. We provide constructive advice based on personal and family needs, current trends, and market analyses by utilizing leading edge technology and life experience. We provide local knowledge, with comparable data to give you the information to make the best purchasing or selling decision. We are real estate professionals that you can trust to guide you, offering full service, before and after the sale.

Areas of Expertise

Our areas of expertise are best demonstrated by the numerous sales we have had over the years. We have a vast diverse knowledge of all areas in real estate to help the transferee, first time home buyer to investors.

Our passions outside of real estate are sailboat racing, cruising Long Island Sound and areas beyond. There is a sincere attempt at gardening to grow the perfect tomato...that's my farming roots showing through! We love to bike the gorgeous coastline of Connecticut and spend quite a bit of time trying to outwit our Weimaraner, Schooner, and our Vizsla, Sailor...or at least they let us think we do!

Community Involvement
Some of the organizations we have volunteered in or raised money for recently are: Montefiore Children's Hospital, Greenwich Chapter, American Humane Society, American Diabetes Association, Sound Waters, Heifer International, American Cancer Society, United Way, Easter Seals, and the Stamford Sailing Foundation.
