Business Philosophy

James has worked with Coldwell Banker for over 17 years. He is an International President's Premier broker specializing in luxury new construction and high-end residential properties in Bergen County, New Jersey and Rockland County, New York. Active in civic and philanthropic organizations, James was a founding member of Earth Action in New York City, and awarded New York City's volunteer of the year in 1986. He is also a member of the Mankind Project where he was 2011 recipient of the volunteer of the year award. james went to school at Fordham University and grew up in Atherton, California. He currently lives in Glen Rock, New Jersey.  James is partnered and has four daughters.

His clients range from entertainment personalities, sports figures, foreign buyers and locale families and families moving out from New York City. He is a regular featured real estate professional in community news papers and magazines.
