It also includes overseeing the numerous details that are part of the selling or buying process. As a Certified Coldwell Banker Relocation Specialist, I have helped clients from all over the world relocate to and from New Jersey. My extensive market knowledge of Essex, Morris, Union and Somerset Counties, has been invaluable help to clients in making the decision as to where to relocate in New Jersey.

Personal Background

• Completed a multiyear career in directing sales and marketing programs with two consumer product companies. Created and directed many innovated marketing and sales campaigns during these careers.
• In relocating many times with the above companies, I am very sensitive to the personal stress and procedural issues in buying and selling homes through a companies relocation programs.
• I have lived in South Orange since 1987. My wife and I have two daughters in the Maplewood/South Orange school system
• In addition to community involvement, I enjoy a hobby of wine making
