Business Philosophy

I have been supporting sales associates since 1988, helping them to achieve their goals through buyers and sellers markets.   Knowledge is power and an informed associate is confident in his/her ability to control their career paths and meet their clients needs.  At Coldwell Banker, a sales associate never meets a client alone: they have the full resouces of the company on every appointment.

Awards And Designations

I have consistently achieved the President's Council designation for managers: top 10% of managers nationwide.  

I have supported/worked with nationally recognized sales associates and I have mentored two sales associates into management positions.

During my 25 years as a Realtor, I have worked on several committees at the local Board of Realtors e.g.;New agent Orientation, Grievance and Professional Standards where I would serve on a panel arbitrating ethical complaints and commission disputes.  Additionally, I served on the Professional Standards committee at the state level.
