My business philosophy is to help guide, and assist my Salespeople to be the BEST REALTORS in the business. With the Real Estate business being a customer service industry we work to make that goal our #1 priority. Another key element is having all of our salespeople believing in the same goal that with knowledge comes power and our agents work very hard at being the most knowledgeable agents in the industry, which enables them to provide the best service to each and every client that they come in contact with.

Areas of Expertise

Real Estate Office Management, Real Estate Salesperson Training which includes extensive knowledge in real estate law, and the real estate listing and sales process. It is very important to me that I am able to provide my agents with the ability to draw up and work on their own personal business plans, so that it can make their income goal setting more attainable and easier to follow and achieve.

I have 3 children, ages 20,19, and 13.
