Personal Background

After 25 years in Brooklyn, my family successfully relocated to the Shore area in 2000. I have successfully created a restaurant, nightclub and real estate holding company in my 7 years on the shore. I have also maintained a successful seasonal decorating business for over 18 years. I am highly sensitive to relocation needs, having dealt with the complexities first-hand.

I have added value to commercial investors' transactions by specializing in extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate sector.
