Eager to take on new challenges Walter began what became his lifetime career—residential sales, while working in the esoteric field of private/government corporate taxes. His love of putting sellers and buyers together and structuring new deals became his life’s passion. Walter broke with the conventional practice of staying within a limited and confined territory such as the east side of Manhattan or Queens, NY and began taking on clients throughout metropolitan New York and its neighboring counties—mastering and understanding all of the features, facts and nuances of the local communities.

Coaching and developing new sales professionals became another of Walter’s talents. He managed one of the first Coldwell Banker offices in NY City for over than 10 years. Walter’s great enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit and professional character have remained his most important trademark.
